Military Toxics

As home to the largest military installation in the world, San Diegans are affected every day by military toxic waste produced by ongoing operations and live under the threat of a serious radiological or chemical accident.

The PRC works against military pollution, to assure its clean up, to limit the transport of hazardous materials, and to advance the development and implementation of preventative solutions to the toxic and radioactive pollution caused by military activities.

We are a member of the Military Toxics Project , a national non-profit network of neighborhood, veterans', Indigenous, peace, environmental, and other organizations representing people affected by military contamination and pollution.
